Short biography

  • 2012 – Doctorate (Dr. phil.) in German philology at the University of Regensburg, Germany; dissertation topic: „Regionalismen in Franz Kafkas Deutsch anhand literarischer Texte“ (supervisors: Prof. Dr. Albrecht Greule / Prof. Dr. Marek Nekula).
  • Since 2009 – DAAD lecturer at the Department of Germanic Studies, Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague, Czech Rep.; ERASMUS-coordinator of the department.
  • 2008-2009 – lecturer in the field of „Philology of German as a foreign language“ at the University of Regensburg, Germany.
  • 2003-2008 – DAAD lecturer in the Foreign Languages Center of the Business University in Bratislava, Slovakia. Leader of the TestDaF exam center, spokesperson of DAAD lecturers in Slovakia, member of the exam commitee of the „Prüfung Wirtschaftsdeutsch International“ (PWD) at the Goethe-Institut in Bratislava.
  • 2001-2003 – Robert-Bosch-Stiftung lecturer at the Department of German Language and Literature, Masaryk-University in Brno, Czech Rep., regional coordinator of the Bosch lecturer programme for the Czech Rep.
